Service animals are legally required to be welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not due to the high vibe nature of this sanctuary and past experiences that were not supportive to the whole.

While we don’t have a dedicated charging station, we provide a 4kW NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicle charging on-site. Additionally, Tesla charging stations are available just 15 minutes away at Rancher’s gas station.

You have a 24-hour window after booking to request a full refund. Beyond this, our no-refund policy takes effect. To adjust your booking, we offer flexibility up to 60 days before the retreat start date. For those who pay in full, there’s an option to reschedule once within the next 8 months, should unforeseen circumstances arise. We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure peace of mind, we encourage you to protect your investment with travel insurance, which you can purchase online to best suit your needs.

Our founder speaks English and Spanish fluently and is also proficient in French and Portuguese. This allows us to connect with guests from various backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and a welcoming experience for everyone.
