How many people can stay at The Florrest?The Florrest comfortably accommodates up to 15 people overnight, including 12 guests and additional space for up to 3 support staff. For daytime events, we have the capacity to host larger groups, allowing for more attendees to enjoy the property’s beautiful and expansive setting.

Will my guests be sharing rooms during the retreat?Yes, most of our accommodations are designed as spacious, uniquely shaped shared rooms, which foster a sense of community while still ensuring privacy. These geometrically designed rooms offer a rare retreat experience that blends togetherness with the tranquility of our 153-acre forest setting. Shared accommodations allow us to maintain competitive pricing without compromising on quality, making it ideal for team retreats, family gatherings, and wellness retreats. With exclusive use of the property, you and your guests will enjoy a private and serene environment, with plenty of space for individual and group activities. For any specific bed requests, please let us know at least one week in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

For up-to-date details, please visit our pricing page. Rates are subject to change, but once booked, your reservation is fully confirmed. Custom Retreats/Events: Pricing for custom experiences are tailored to your needs and preferences. We’ll provide a detailed proposal after reviewing your application and connecting via Zoom to discuss your vision.

What are the meal options?At The Florrest, we believe that nourishing food is an essential part of any retreat experience. Our meals are crafted with care and creativity, featuring delicious, locally sourced ingredients that are as satisfying as they are nutritious. We offer a variety of meal options that can be customized to suit the theme of your retreat, dietary needs, and preferences. Whether you’re looking for plant-based meals, traditional cuisine, or something unique, our culinary team is ready to make each meal as special as the retreat itself. If you’d like to discuss specific meal options or menu customization, we’d be happy to provide a sample menu or arrange a conversation with our chef. Alternatively, you can bring your own catering or use the onsite kitchens.

What are the check-in and check-out times at The Florrest?For venue rentals, check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later than these hours, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional hours are available for $111 per hour. For curated retreats and events, timing is flexible and will be based on the agreed-upon schedule from our planning discussions. Check-in and checkout times may vary to suit the flow of activities. If you have any specific timing requests, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to create a seamless experience.

What days are available for booking?We offer flexible booking options to suit various needs, including multi-day retreats or single-day events, whether on weekends or weekdays. We recommend having a few preferred dates in mind to ensure availability, whether you’re planning a team retreat, a family gathering, or a wellness event. Our tranquil environment is ideal for fostering connection, creativity, and relaxation. During our call, I’ll be happy to discuss your preferred dates and provide available options, helping you plan a memorable experience that’s perfectly tailored to your group.

Reservation & Cancellation PoliciesWe’re here to support you in bringing your retreat vision to life. Your retreat dates are secured upon receiving your deposit, with the full balance due 60 days before your retreat begins. Payment plans are also available for added flexibility. Timely payment is essential to confirm your reservation. If full payment is not received by the due date, we may need to release your booking to accommodate other guests. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise—if you anticipate any payment delays, please contact us in advance to explore options. Your cooperation and understanding mean a lot to us as we work together to make your retreat a success.

Are pets or service animals allowed?Service animals are legally required to be welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not due to the high vibe nature of this sanctuary and past experiences that were not supportive to the whole.

Is there a charging station for electric vehicles on-site?While we don’t have a dedicated charging station, we provide a 4kW NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicle charging on-site. Additionally, Tesla charging stations are available just 15 minutes away at Rancher’s gas station.

Refund & Rescheduling PolicyYou have a 24-hour window after booking to request a full refund. Beyond this, our no-refund policy takes effect. To adjust your booking, we offer flexibility up to 60 days before the retreat start date. For those who pay in full, there’s an option to reschedule once within the next 8 months, should unforeseen circumstances arise. We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure peace of mind, we encourage you to protect your investment with travel insurance, which you can purchase online to best suit your needs.

What languages are spoken at The Florrest?Our founder speaks English and Spanish fluently and is also proficient in French and Portuguese. This allows us to connect with guests from various backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and a welcoming experience for everyone.

What are the House Rules?Set an intention for your stay Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out at 11:00am Recommended quiet hours: 11pm to 7am Please don’t use outside shoes inside (Georgia is famous for its red clay/dirt) Do NOT take indoor linens, blankets, or glass outside Do NOT leave candles or fire unattended No firearms/guns No pets No emotional support dogs Avoid using oils that get on linens and floors No illegal drugs No smoking Only registered guests are allowed on the property No lifeguard on duty Respect nature, only leave your footprints behind Our teams (land management, housekeeping, and pool services) usually work around retreats. If in an unlikely case they show up, please respect their work. If you need extra privacy at certain times please let us know in advance. Take happy memories

What quality of water can I expect at The Florrest?At The Florrest, we enjoy high-quality water straight from our 700+ ft deep well. Naturally filtered by Earth, our water is further enhanced with a spin filter system with purge and a reverse osmosis system in both kitchens. Beyond the technical process, we set intentions for purity and healing, ensuring the water is not only refreshing but also energetically nourishing.
